He is survived by: his wife Lola Gwin; his daughters, Brenda Subera and Pam Amend (Tim); his grandchildren, Amber Heding, Stephanie Hollander (Brandon), Shaun Amend (Jennifer) and Nathan Amend; his great grandchildren, Zachary Nonn, Zander Kurtz, Emma Kurtz, Noah Hollander, Hanna Amend and Reagan Amend; and his siblings, Charles Subera (Shirley) and Jeanette Havlik.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be gifted in Roy's memory to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
