He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Janssen and Mary Ann Janssen (Van Wettering); and his brothers, Ray Janssen (Pat) and Don Janssen. He is survived by: his wife Joan Janssen (Mueller) of Mary's Catholic Church; his children, Dave Janssen (Katherine), Jacki Watzke (Mike), Doug Janssen (Kendra) and Sue Baumann (Joe); his grandchildren, Corey Janssen (Kourtney), Austin Janssen, Alex Watzke (Stephanie), Taylor Watzke, Angella Jessup (Steve), Ariana Janssen, Alyssa Janssen, Jessica Rutherford (Jordan), Danny Baumann (Kayla) and Drew Baumann; and his sister-in-law Lynn Janssen.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Mother of Consolation Catholic Church (651 N Main St, Oregon, WI 53575). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holy Mother of Consolation Catholic Church, Oregon, St. Michael's Catholic Church, Keshena or Oregon Splash Pad, Oregon.
