She was predeceased by: her parents, Fay Hyatt and Sylvia Hyatt (Everson); her husband Earl "Toby" Leigh; and her siblings, Russell Hyatt, Betty Jean Zenke and Faye Trinkner.

She is survived by: her close friend Cheryl Cummings. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

Memorials may be made in Rooty's name to Rawhide Youth Services, E7475 Rawhide Road, New London, WI 54961.
