He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob and Ethel; and his brother Larry White. He is survived by: his sons, Robert White and Ethel White; his wife Karmon Carter-White; his brothers, David White and Carl White; his son Randall White Jr.; his stepdaughter Gretchen Kirkpatrick; his grandchildren, Naida Hoyle, Adelaide Kirkpatrick, Leila Knowlton and Zoe Winchell; his children, Kana and Missy; and also, Kosmo, Dixie, Mandy, Ben, Cyrus, Ty Ullmann, Kyle, Theresa Hill, Char Bergman and Darell Stinson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made to Greenhill Humane Society in Randall's memory.
