He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul "Laddie" Fahey and Rita Fahey (Hetznecker); and his brothers, Michael and Timothy. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his sons, Chris Fahey (Anne) and John Fahey (Deanna); his grandchildren, Carter, Sienna and Madeline; and his siblings, Patrick Fahey (Barbara), Paula Wagner (Samuel), Jane Schwartz (Jerry), Susan Harry (Glen), Rita Reible (Francis) and Lu Ann Pauli (William). He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
