It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Orley W. Jensen D. O. (Oregon, Wisconsin), who passed away on June 8, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jensen and Dorothy Jensen; his sister Marilyn Spencer; and his wife Karla Jensen (Trinke). He is survived by: his children, Morley Jensen (Lisa), John Jensen, Klare Leskinen (T. J.) and Lorie Zaricor (Guy). He is also survived by his family and friends.
