It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma A. (Payne) Richmond of Oregon, Wisconsin, born in Ferryville, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 24, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Payne and Elnora Payne (Tyrer); her husband Donald Richmond (Wis); her siblings, Elaine Gaston, Dee Spink, Orva Payne and Vilas Payne; and her siblings-in-law, Donald Gaston, Louie Spink and Janet Payne.

She is survived by: her brothers, Wayne Payne (Donna Gokey) of Livingston and Stephen Payne (Connie) of Pine, Colo.. She is also survived by children and grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church.
