She is survived by: her husband Jerry Kotek; her children, Amy Brooks (Charles) and Jacob Kotek; her granddaughter Alesha Brooks; her sister-in-law Martha Freeman; and her brother Tom Freeman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
