She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Lentz and Rosalie Lentz (Annis); her siblings, Phyllis Chitwood, Henrietta Masche, Sharon Hanson, Hubert and Mike Lentz; and her grandson Scott Apollo.
She is survived by: her children, Angelic Boelter of Gresham, OR, Bobbie Fraiser (Mike) of Beaver Dam and Tony Schwartz (Kris) of Beaver Dam; her great great grandchildren, Lilah, Luna, Mila and Meleni; and her siblings, Karen Fritz (Bill) of Columbus, Dennis Lentz and Bill Lentz of Wautoma. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
