She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester West and Ann West (Sweeney); her husband James M. Meier; her siblings, Betty Borchert (Daniel) and Francis West; and her brother-in-law Henry Halverson.

She is survived by: her children, Diane Anderson (Mike), James Meier, David Meier (Julie) and John Meier (Denise); her sister Katie Batker (Dave); her sister-in-law Dolores West; her grandchildren, Ben Anderson (Abby), Denise Baker (Kyle), Kimberly Allen (Brian), Ashley Alford (Chad), Abby Meier and Logan Meier; and her great grandchildren, Eleanor Anderson, Donovan Baker, Mya Baker, Meara Allen, Matthias Allen, Macoy Allen, Addison Alford and Kennedy Alford.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Mary's name to Holy Mother of Consolation Catholic Church or to the Oregon Senior Center.
