He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his sons, Colin Putnam (Jordyn Workowski) and Bryan Putnam (Mariah Hoffman); his sisters, Faith Putnam, Lynn Perschke (Carey) and Jayne Wade (Mike); his stepbrother Scott Murkve (Kim); his parents-in-law, Bob and Amber Fluckiger; his brother-in-law David Fluckiger; his nieces and nephews, Serena Perschke-Ely (Adam), Stirling Mitchell (Andy), Hailee Wade, Kiley Fluckiger (Joe Conant), Kaden Fluckiger and J. D.; and his pet Willow.
