He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hutter and Kathryn Hutter (Fries); his siblings, Pat McKenzie and Bob Hutter; and his siblings-in-law, Toni Hutter, Marge Eiche, Bill Kirchberg, Charles Schmidt, James Eiche and John Schmidt.

He is survived by: his wife Terri Hutter of Oregon; his son Richard Hutter of Madison; his sister Barb McDowell of Beaver Dam; and his sister-in-law Debbie Schmidt of Algoma. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In honor of Jerry, donations may be made to Wisconsin.
