She was predeceased by: her parents, Verne Smythe and Emma Smythe; her husband Urban; and her brothers, Kenneth Smythe and Jack Smythe (Marian).
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Johnson (Kristine Fauerbach), Karl W. Johnson (Peg Stine) and Mary Ann Johnson (Kris Schenk); her grandchildren, Jenica McHugh (John), Liza Robbins (Richie), Charlie Johnson (Allison), Kyle Johnson, Brad Johnson and Matt McNamara; and her great grandchildren, Mason McHugh and Haley McHugh.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to People's United Methodist Church of Oregon.
