We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Jack D. Henriksen of Oregon, Wisconsin, born in Madison, Wisconsin. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Henriksen and Vesta Henriksen (Hastings); his father-in-law Richard Grefsheim; and his brother-in-law Loren Grefsheim. He is survived by: his wife Linda (Grefsheim); his sons, Chad and Cory; his grandchildren, Daniel, Kailin and Skyler; his brother Dale; his niece Dana; his mother-in-law Agnes Grefsheim; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Grefsheim and Lianne Burnson (Rick).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Jack's family, which will go to Agrace HospiceCare and BeeHive Homes.
