We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2022, at the age of 86, Harold Melvin Hanson Jr. (Oregon, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine (Harold M. Hanson Sr. A) and Austin (Minn); his wife Marie Sieger; his siblings, Joan Hanson and Curtis Hanson; and his stepdaughter Debra Meyers.

He is survived by: his stepdaughter Catherine; his brothers, Roger Hanson and Mike Hanson; his children, Richard Hanson (Suzanne), Thomas Hanson (JoAn), Cathy Schmitz (Richard) of Cottage Grove and Nancy Lee (Mike) of Kohler, Wis.; and his stepsons, Gary Sieger (Angie) of Stoughton and Brian Sieger (Stephanie) of Pueblo West, Colo.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; six great- grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and good friends.

Memorials may be made to Azura Memory Care of Stoughton.
