He is survived by: his wife Nancy Barden; his children, Rebecca Mattmann (Bob), Dawn Slinde and Jon Slinde; his grandson Aidan Mattmann; his siblings, Robert Slinde (Judy), Chuck Slinde (Cheryl), Randy Slinde (Julie) and Paula Kast (Jeff); and his siblings-in-law, Donnie Meseberg, Jim Barden (Gina), Bill Barden (Kathy) and Linda Johnson.
