Doris Elaine Gerry Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doris Elaine Gerry (Oregon, Wisconsin), who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Heckman and Margaret Heckman; her husband Keith Gerry; her son Brent Gerry; her sister Lucille Block; her brothers-in-law, Maurice Miller and Vernol Block; and her niece Juli Saak.

She is survived by: her sister Ruth; her daughters, Nalene Langford (Danny) and Leanne Gerry; her grandchildren, Derek, Belinda, Bethany, Jordan and Sydney; her great grandchildren, Jaden, Ayden, Bella, Jordan, Niketo, Nia and Mariah; and her great great grandchild Tatum. She is also survived by her family and many friends.

At age 95, during COVID, she joined the face mask making group at St. John's. Along with masks for the community she made quilts and pillowcases for the Salvation Army.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the UW Carbone Cancer Center.
