He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Kapusta and Marie Kapusta; his wife Elnor; and his siblings, Joe, Frank, Eddie, Annie, Andy, Steve and Alley.
He is survived by: his friend Elnor VerHagen; his children, Richard Kapusta (Jane) of Mazomanie, Sharon Kapusta (Randy) of Jekyll Island and Joel Kapusta (Jen) of Oregon; his grandchildren, Sunshine Buchholz (Jim), Shawna Bong, Nick Kapusta (Sami), Brett Kapusta, Kyle Kapusta and Jenna Torres (Nelson); and his great grandchildren, Walden and Della.
