We are sad to announce that on May 28, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Debra Kay Loughrin (Oregon, Wisconsin), born in Appleton, Wisconsin. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Merkel and Ethel Merkel (Sell); and her siblings, Lois Brown (Paul), Ronald Merkel (Connie) and Gary Merkel (Mary Alice).

She is survived by: her children, Jason Loughrin (Elizabeth), Beth Rauch, Ryan Loughrin (Veronica), Emily Kochan (Zenon) and Sara Marshall (Joel); her husband Pete; and her sister Carol Grimmer (Boyd). She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
