She was predeceased by: her godmother Anna. She is survived by: her parents, Jan Knapton and Andrew Knapton; her daughter Mya Knapton; her sister Melissa Landphier (Jeremy); her niece Hailey Landphier; her nephew Mason Landphier; and her caregiver Allie. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be made to Christy's parents or daughter. The donations will be divided among the humane society and Unforgettable Underdogs Rescue.
