It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yin Kheam Eugene Seow of Oostburg, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 18, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Shi Zhou Seow and Yue Peng Xie. He is survived by: his wife Bee Wah (Mei); and his grandson Jadon.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated in Eugene's name to the E-Free Missions Fund.
