Muriel J. Ledeboer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Muriel J. Ledeboer of Oostburg, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 6, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Johnie "Garrit" Ledeboer; her siblings, Lois Soerens (Harold "Archie") and Dale Heinen; and her siblings-in-law, Lela VanderPlas (Gerald), Josie Fuerst (Gideon), Ed Ledeboer (Phyllis) and Lloyd Ledeboer (Leona).
She is survived by: her children, Kay Huenink (Gary) of Oostburg, Pam Simmelink (Kim) of Sheboygan, Joy Dulmes (Mark) of Holland, MI and Todd Ledeboer of Oostburg; her grandsons, Joshua Huenink (Carolyn), Jeremy Huenink (Nancy), Colin Simmelink, Brian Simmelink (Ceanne), Jay Dulmes (Sandi), John Dulmes (Nicole) and Eric Dulmes (Kate); and her siblings-in-law, Carolee Heinen of Menomonee Falls and Bill Ledeboer (Carol) of Oostburg. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, foster children; other extended relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the First Reformed Church-Oostburg (927 Superior Ave, Oostburg, WI 53070).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to First Reformed Church in Oostburg or Salvation Army.
