She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin VanStelle and Esther VanStelle (Haartman); her husband David Daane; her parents-in-law, Peter M. and Marion Daane (Williams); her son David Todd Daane; her great grandchild Iva Mae Daane; her sister Virginia De Pagter (Jim); and her brother-in-law Neal Buteyn.
She is survived by: her children, Sarah Lutze (Richard) of Kiel and Peter John Daane of Chicago; her daughter-in-law Tammy Daane of Oostburg; her grandchildren, Tyler (Amanda), Lucas (Loraine), Sawyer (Courtney), Samuel Daane, David (Megan) and Matthew Lutze (Amber); her great grandchildren, Clayton LaFave, Makayla, Peter, Brooks, Lyla, Walker Daane, Landin Wakefield, Daphne, Clara and Henry Lutze; her sisters, Yvonne Wynveen (Calvin) and Helen Buteyn; and her brother-in-law Peter Daane (Ramona) of Oostburg. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other dear relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (118 S 8th St, Oostburg, WI 53070). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Oostburg Cemetery.
Memorial donations can be made in Marjorie's name to First Presbyterian Church of Oostburg.
