She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Schreurs and Effie Schreurs (Prinsen); her husband Meryl Mentink; her granddaughter Julie Mentink; her granddaughter-in-law Samantha Meinnert; her brothers, Bernard (Margaret) and Robert Schreurs; and her siblings-in-law, Marvin Hilbelink, Arvin Mentink (Helen), Robert Mentink, Norman Mentink and Lois Mentink.

She is survived by: her children, Carol Meinnert (Ron) of Sheboygan Falls, Terry Mentink (Debra) of Oostburg and Tom Mentink (Carmella) of Oostburg; her grandsons, Eric (Anna) and Tyler Meinnert; her grandson-in-law Jason Mentink; her grandchildren, Trevor Mentink (Katy), TJ Mentink (Laura), Tabitha Weavers (Chris), Tiffany Bimmel (Paul), Tianna Nyenhuis (Peter) and Tamika McGranahan (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Gabe, Keyanna, Rylen, Titus Mentink, Caden, Camren, Cohen, Casen Weavers, Gage, Link, Waverly, Fairren, Brixton Bimmel, Mahaney, Lawson, Soli, Lynlee, Kyrie, Amina, Alari Nyenhuis, Kwinn, Kopelan, Kendry, Kinnik, Keely McGranahan, Caleb, Abbi, Levi Heinen, Grace, Harper Meinnert and John Mentink; her sister Pearl Hilbelink; and her sisters-in-law, Mariette Schreurs and Faye Mentink. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A memorial fund is being established in her memory for First Christian Reformed Church and Oostburg Christian School Building Fund.
