He is survived by: his wife Jean Buteyn; his sisters, Kathy Rauwerdink and Audrey Dolfin; and his sisters-in-law, Marcia Modahl (Don), Nedra Kanz (Dennis) and Helen Buteyn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
