He was predeceased by: his parents, James Foley and Adelaide Foley (Ward); and his sisters, Mary Ann Zurl, Sr. (Ed), Margaret Foley and Joan Gewartowski (Paul).
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Mercedes Gomez; his wife Mercedes Gomez Foley of Oostburg; his daughter Patty Gmach (Jeremy) of Oostburg; and his grandchildren, Samantha Beaudoin, Megan Gmach and Courtney Gmach. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
