Harlan Obbink Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harlan Obbink of Oostburg, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 17, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Obbink and Henrietta Obbink (Simmelink); his brothers, Leon Obbink (Ruth) and Wesley Obbink; and his siblings-in-law, Willard Dykstra, Phyllis Huibregtse (Carl) and Janet TeBeest (Howard).
He is survived by: his former wife Marjorie Kappers; his wife Marge; his daughter Mary Jo Nyenhuis (Tim); his grandchildren, Hope VanderPloeg (Michael) and Ryan Nyenhuis (Taylor); and his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Obbink, Minnie Dykstra and John Kappers (Charlotte). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Memorials are appreciated in memory of Bud to First Presbyterian Church in Oostburg, Pine Haven Christian Communities, and the Alzheimer's Association.
