She is survived by: her son Larry Lensink (Julie) of Sheboygan; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Morales (David), Michael Lensink of Sheboygan, Heather Lensink, Leilani Cupp (Jeff) of Plymouth and Cara Lynch (Patrick) of Durham, NC; and her great grandchildren, Samuel, Anna, Anthony, Al'veontae, Gabrielle, Evan and Silas.
