He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (Katsma); his daughter Lois Hodgell (Jim); his grandchildren, Dale Hodgell (Karla), Peter Hodgell (Bethany) and Brenda Burdick (Tyler); his son Robert Blok (Dawn); his grandchildren, Alex (Lindsay) and Jordan (Callie); his son Jim Blok (Julie); his grandchildren, Courtney Quirt (Nate), Trevor and Abby; his siblings, Margret Ogez of Tennessee, Ellen Mc Neese of Oostburg, Ernie Blok (Dodie) of Sheboygan, Phyllis Nyhof (Carl) of Oostburg and Glen Blok (Judy) of Menomonee Falls; his brother-in-law David Symens of Minnesota; and his stepchildren, Terry Katsma (Nancy), Tom Katsma (Mary), John Katsma (Marlis) and Dale Katsma (Christine). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, 13 grandchildren & 17 great-grandchildren.
