He is survived by: his wife Judy Shughart; his sons, Allen (Wendy) of Ontario, WI, Wayne (Emily) of Ontario, WI and Randy (Corinne) of Ontario, WI; his siblings, Mary Wallace, Larry (Pearla), Paul (Rosa), Val (Jackie) and David (Marsha); and his siblings-in-law, Bob Wruck (Luanne), Ken Kaus, Cindy Wallace and Donna Wallace (Lester). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
They ask that memorials be given in his name to St. Croix Hospice or to a charity of choice.
