He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Budde and Emma Budde (Rumppe); his former wives, Giustina Budde and Deloris Budde (Williams); his brother Gordon; his sister-in-law Dorothy Budde; his sister Dorothy; his brother-in-law Byron Barnhart; and his stepgranddaughter Tiffany Hartman.
He is survived by: his children, Carla McNulty (Ron) of Ontario and Allen Budde (Lynnae) of Lodi; his grandchildren, Paul McNulty, Melissa Budde (Damien Mikkelson) and Bryan Budde (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Preston, Carter McNulty and Wade Budde; his stepchildren, Rodger Williams of Selah, WA, Dennis Williams (Bonnie) of Janesville, Mark Williams (Pat) of Ontario, Linda Yates of Rock Island, IL and Robin Anderson (Monte) of Neosho, MO; and his stepgrandchildren, Amy, Wade, Jay, Tonya, Corey, Trisha, Brittani, Tyler and Brittney. He is also survived by 30 step great grandchildren, and 15 step great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given in his name to Brush Creek Lutheran Church ELCA and Bredlow-Ewing American Legion Post 467 in Ontario.
