He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Jack" and Elma Baldwin (Nofsinger); his brothers, Orval Baldwin (Ida) and Allan Baldwin; his parents-in-law, Herb and Hattie Buchanan (Gibney); his brother-in-law Steve Buchanan; and his grandson Isaiah David Rickner.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Buchanan; his children, Joy Rickner (Andy) of Marion, IN, Gene Baldwin (Leah) of Hillsboro and Leonard Baldwin (Jenny) of Ontario; his brothers, Eldon Baldwin of Ontario and David Baldwin (Sara) of Ontario; and his siblings-in-law, Stanley Buchanan (Linda) of Rice Lake and Sharilyn Mears (Steve) of Las Cruces, NM.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
