He is survived by: his wife Josephine Bavetta; his children, Janelle Bailey (Bret) of Janesville and Tony Parkhurst of Janesville; and his sisters, Phylis Roberts (Bill), Reva Jo Parkhurst and Vickie Long (Bob).
