She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Sorenson and Pearl Sorenson (Stevens); her husband Joseph Blasczyk; and her sons, Joseph Jr. and John.

She is survived by: her children, Julie Lemerond (George), Jerry Blasczyk and Jean Metoxen; and her close friend Laverne Lentz. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, her great grandchildren.
