With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James Olson of Oneida, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Olson and Anna Olson (VandeBruggen); his in-laws, Norb and Huntz Vanden Langenberg; his siblings, Alvin Olson (Ole) and MaryJane Lambie; and his in-laws, Myron and Kathy Caelwaerts.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Olson; his children, Brenda (Steve), Chet (Kim), Glen (Jolleen), Gary (Pam), Kurt (Joann) and Lynnette (Justin); his grandchildren, Levi, Kaitlyn, Anna (Joe), Taylor, Riley, Alyssa, Sarah, Brent and Jocelyn; his great grandchild Hazleigh; his siblings, Hank Olson (Dorothy) and Chummy Lambie (Bonnie); and his in-laws, John Vanden Langenberg (Linda), Dick Vanden Langenberg (Carol) and Chris Vanden Langenberg (Jill). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Jim's name for the Oneida Fire Department memorial wall in honor of past firefighters.
