He is survived by: his children, Laura Carr of Glendale, AZ and Thomas Green; his grandchild Thomas Jr. Green (Amber) of Westminster, CO; and his children, Lauren Carr (Parker) of Laguna Niguel, CA and Marissa Carr of Glendale, AZ. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
