He is survived by: his friends, Jerry Baird and Staber; his children, Jennie Thewis (Mike), Fred Laitinen (Jane), Green Bay and Laura Laitinen-Warren (Breck); his grandchildren, Peter Thewis (Kendra), Jeremiah Laitinen, Whitney Ciatti (Josh), Justin Laitinen, Christopher Thewis (Betsy), John Laitinen, Jacob Laitinen, Lucas Warren and Charlotte "Charlie" Warren; his great grandchildren, Starr Thewis, Skyler Thewis, Arielle, Dominic Ciatti, Cole Thewis, Adelyn Thewis and Isaac Thewis; his brother Kenneth Anderson (Joanne) of Brookfield; his cousin Ronnie Laitinen; his in-laws, Christine Anderson, Thelma McLester (Wendell), Merlin Cornelius (Pat), Eugene Cornelius, Emily Johnson (Steven) and Edna Grosskopf (Scott); his goddaughter Susan Prudlow; and his niece Terry Doxtator. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
