He was predeceased by: his father Lee Batiste Sr.; his son Lee Michael Batiste; and his sister Betty Jo Batiste. He is survived by: his mother Vera Johnson; his family Powwows; his daughters, Brylee King and Lexus Weigand; his siblings, Lee Batiste Jr., Kimberly Batiste (Carlos Godinez) and Orleana Batiste (Alberto Villalba); his cousins, Jason, Kenny, Juan, Stacey and Willard; his nephews, Steven, Dave Batiste and Roddy Johnson; and also Kevin Baird. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and family.
