He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy K. Metoxen and Lida H. Metoxen (Parkhaurst); and his brother Jeff Metoxen. He is survived by: his son Kaden Metoxen; his siblings, Dale Metoxen (Tammy), Lynn Metoxen, Kenneth Metoxen, Laurie "Lobie" Metoxen, Lyle Metoxen (Laurie) and Mitchel Metoxen (Glenda); and also Rochel Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
