She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Smith and Marena Smith (Doxtator); her daughter Marena Pamanet; her grandchildren, Carla, Scott and Amy; her siblings, Edith Reed, Dean Smith, Vernon Smith, Hamilton Smith, Spencer Smith, Dorothy Talkenson, Milton Smith Jr., Sylvester "Big Sal" Smith, Pricilla Smith, Erwin Smith and Raymond "Robin" Smith; and her brother-in-law Eldred Nicholas.
She is survived by: her daughter Carole Liggins; her grandchildren, Chrissy Liggins, Walter Wilber and Lisa Liggins (Thurston Denny); and her sister Becky Nicholas.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Holy Apostles Church in Alfreda's name.
