She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Czaplewski and Dolores Czaplewski (Moe); her siblings, Andy and Janice Lynn; and her nephew Eric.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Worthington; her children, Chrisy Weigel (John), Ben Worthington and Kyle Worthington; her grandchildren, Logan, Sawyer, Kiera, Carver, Jaxon, Stella and Lincoln; and her siblings, Julie (Judy), Roxie Kaiser, Doug Czaplewski (Julie) and Kevin Czaplewski (Colleen).
