He was predeceased by: his father Bill Cornforth; his parents-in-law, Odin Gaustad and Dorothy Gaustad; his brother Ray; his sister-in-law Diane Cornforth; and his son Douglas.
He is survived by: his mother Delores Cornforth; his wife Deanna Gaustad; his children, David Cornforth and Darcey Lemke (Lyle); his daughter-in-law Holly Cornforth; his grandchildren, Sarah Powell (Jonathan) and Samuel Cornforth; his siblings, Wayne, Gary, Sophie, Charlene and Janelle; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Oldenburg (Duane) and Evelyn Cornforth. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
