We are sad to announce that on September 20, 2021, at the age of 91, Vivian Joyce Mullikin of Onalaska, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Armstrong and Rosalie Armstrong (O'Donnell); her son-in-law Robert Wavra, Jr.; and her sisters, Phoebe Mosley, Dorothy Norlund and G. Pauline.

She is survived by: her husband Donald; her children, Donna Wavra of Onalaska, Rhonda Lawrence (Patrick) of Onalaska and Donald "Kevin" Mullikin (Sandra) of Colorado Springs, CO.; her grandchildren, Cheree Tiry (Aaron) of Altoona, WI., Gretchen Bautista of Onalaska, Molly Baker (Brian) of Onalaska, Sarah Halberg (Lucas) of Onalaska, Katie Erickson (Mark) of Viroqua, WI. and Donald K. Mullikin Jr. (Samantha) of Los Angeles, CA; her great grandchildren, Celsey Soine (Tyler) of Coon Rapids, MN, Mia, Kai, Noa Bautista, Bradley, Annabelle Baker, Sylvia and Theodore Erickson; her great great grandchild Hayden Soine; her siblings, Shirley Judd (Maxwell) of Mississauga, Neta Rosti of Blue Mountain, Glen Armstrong of Fort Frances, Roger Armstrong of Wausaga Beach, Reginald Armstrong and Harold Armstrong Jr.; and also James Mindham. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
