With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vernon J. Reekers (Onalaska, Wisconsin), born in Sheldon, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 18, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Heidebrink; and his children, Corliss Hicks (David), Norman Reakers (Betty), Cindy Genz (Michael), Cheryl Hofer (Alan) and Connie Conner (Demetrius). He is also survived by four sisters and one sister-in-law, as well as many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are preferred.
