He was predeceased by: his parents, David Campbell and Suzanne Campbell (McCoy). He is survived by: his children, Jacelyn Jo Campbell and Cameron Troy Campbell (Kayla); his former wife Kathy Potter Campbell; and his brothers, Jeffrey Campbell (Cindy) and Trevor Campbell (Jody). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
