He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilyn Johnson (Stai) and Donaven Johnson; and his brother Alan. He is survived by: his siblings, Patti, Patricia Peters (Johnson) and James Johnson (Denan); his nieces and nephews, Kira Peters, Jena Peters, Renee Quillman (James), Jake Peters and Aaron Johnson (Christine); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hayden Lee, Brayden Thorson, Brylee Thorson, Ian Johnson, Braxtyn Quillman, Braelyn Peters, Paisley Quillman and Mara Johnson.
