He is survived by: his wife Carol Meyers; his friends, Frank and Teresa Boorn; his children, Susan Wise (David) of Onalaska, Brian Thompson (Michelle) of Fredericksburg and Caren Johnson (Mark) of Plymouth, Wis.; his grandchildren, Ross Wise of St. Paul, Minn, Brendan Wise (Courtney Terilli) of Minneapolis, Garrett Wise of Onalaska, Andrea Thomas (Kileigh) of Oak Harbor, Wash, Alexandra Thompson of Arlington, Rosalia Johnson of Plymouth, Wis. and Natalie Johnson of Plymouth, Wis.; his siblings, Thomas Thompson of La Crosse, Jeanette Thorp (Dennis) of Westby and Nancy Von Arx (George) of Holmen, Wis.; his stepsiblings, Dennis Blank (Amy), Ron Veglahn (Mary), Noel Veglahn (Ann), Cheryl Howly (Gary) and Vickie Everson (Steve); and his parents-in-law, Bernadine Gerke, Patricia Gerke (Gregory), Mary Lampert (Marvin), Kenneth Meyers (Sandy) and Donna Clements (Laverne). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends.
