She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura Pinker (Kingdon) and Clarence Pinker; and her brother Larry Pinker. She is survived by: her husband James Carlson; her children, Jeffrey Carlson (Susan) and Tamara Angier (Craig); her brother-in-law John Carlson (Deb); her grandchildren, Cassi Pierce-Lackey (Gallen), Reid Carlson, Hannah Reno (Benjamin), Sydney Kornaus (Paul), David Angier (Elizabeth) and Michael Angier (Josephine); her great grandchildren, Ransom Pierce-Lackey, Lennon Pierce-Lackey, Elena Angier and Baby Angier; and her sister Judy Pepple.

In Lieu of Flowers, memorials preferred to organization of personal choice.
