He was predeceased by: his brother James "Jimmy" Mikkelson. He is survived by: his parents, Roger Mikkelson and Marjorie "Pat" Mikkelson (Daffinson) of Onalaska; his daughters, Sheila Prusinski (Andrew) and April Bilski (Ben); his grandchildren, Dre Green, Sorrel and Lorreah Prusinski; his siblings, Rick (Sue), Randy Mikkelson (Kristi) and Paula Radde; and his nephews, Tanner Radde, Zachary "Zach" Mikkelson and Brennan Mikkelson.
