He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Edward and Emily Gallagher (Roeder); his siblings, Francis Frie, Joseph and Emmet; and his siblings-in-law, Ross Abbey, James O'Connor, Mae O'Connor and Faye Weber.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; and his siblings-in-law, Ramona Abbey, Orvis Weber and Jim Weber. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be given to Gundersen Medical Foundation, St. Patrick's Catholic Church or the donor's choice.
